Duration: 9 Months (5 months In-class Training & 4 months Field Practical Attachment)

This programme of studies provides the necessary training to achieve the necessary knowledge, competencies and hands on skills in food and beverage or a room’s division operations within a hotel organization. The Hotel Management Certificate program provides students with an opportunity to learn the essentials of Hotel operations, but not limited to Food production, Food and Beverage Services and Sales, Culinary art, Housekeeping and Laundry Operations, Front office, customer care, Basic computer skills, French and Communication Skills. This Certificate provides an opportunity for individuals transitioning to a hotel related profession and current hotel employees.
